About D'Andra
D’Andra Simmons has enjoyed more than a decade of experience in the nutritional and skin care industry prior to producing her own new line, D’Andra Simmons Hard Night Good Morning. As Vice President of Ultimate Living, which was founded in 1996 by her mother, Dee, D’Andra has studied and worked extensively to gain insight into production and development, as well as sales and marketing of skincare products. Having trekked across the globe in search of the finest ingredients, D’Andra has gained an uncommon level of expertise regarding the effectiveness of the formulations in her product line.
Early in her career, D’Andra was involved with West Coast entertainment companies such as Warner Brothers, DEF Pictures, Matinee Entertainment, and National Academy of Recording Arts and Sciences (NARAS), which distributes Grammy awards to recording artists each February. She wrote, produced, and directed a number of short films and documentaries. Later, her work with Ultimate Living International nutrition and skin care product lines brought her to the other side of the camera – she co-starred with her mother, Dee, in numerous television programs and is the coauthor of the critically acclaimed book, Natural Guide for Healthy Living. Additionally, as a former Presidential appointee at the Department of Energy in Washington, D.C., in the Office of Civilian Radioactive Waste Management (OCRWM), D’Andra is often asked to address large groups at private functions to share her perspectives on a broad range of issues.
Moreover, D’Andra cultivates numerous philanthropic endeavors and supports several charitable organizations. She is a member of Cattle Baron’s Ball for the American Cancer Society, Junior League of Dallas, Kidney Texas, TACA, Dallas Museum of Art Junior Associates, The Elan Circle of the Dallas Symphony Orchestra League, Women’s Council of Dallas Arboretum and Botanical Garden, and the Salvation Army Women’s Auxiliary. In addition, she is a member of the Board of Directors for Dallas Summer Musicals, Genesis Women’s Shelter Alliance and Partnership for Community Partners of Dallas. D’Andra also supports Cherish the Children, American Red Cross, Heroes for Children, Aids Interfaith Network, Special Care and Career Services, and DIFFA/Dallas, where she is a member of the Style Council. Above all, D’Andra is dedicated to helping people live healthier and happier lives.
